As a VOC Senior Product Security Engineer, you will analyze and triage incoming identified vulnerabilities and engage with developers for all of Adobe’s products and online services. In this role, you will partner directly with developers and engineers to pave the way for measuring, prioritizing, and reducing risk across Adobe's suite of product offerings. What you'll Do - Validate and assess severity of public and privately disclosed security vulnerabilities
- Drive security issues to resolution through continuous engagement with engineering teams
- Build automation and AI tools to drive scalability across the vulnerability management pipeline
- Champion remediation efforts to Industry Wide Vulnerabilities and reducing preventable vulnerabilities
- Identify security gaps and collaborate directly with product engineering teams on improved hardening opportunities
- Investigate systemic vulnerability trends to improve product risk posture and reduce preventable vulnerabilities
What you need to succeed - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline and at least 3-4 years of practical experience
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure and application security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and mitigation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-powered automation playbooks using Python, including prompt engineering, tool/API orchestration, and translating repeatable workflows into scalable, maintainable scripts
- Strong understanding of common security concepts that support root-cause analysis to make data-driven decisions on vulnerability patterns and trends
- Dependability: Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure
- Ability to speak and communicate professionally
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $144,800 -- $261,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $180,600 - $261,450
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
