Senior Product Marketing Manager - Sage Intacct (B2B SaaS)
Job Description
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Sage you will lead the strategy and execution of key product marketing initiatives, shaping how we position and grow our Sage Intacct platform in the market.
You'll define go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and drive adoption and growth. You'll partner closely with Product and go-to-market teams to bring new offerings to market, ensuring strong product-market fit and commercial impact.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of the accounting and financial software landscape. You'll play a critical role in driving innovation, customer adoption, and market differentiation
Required Location & Hybrid: This role is hybrid, based 3 days a week in our Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office and 2 days from home.
About You: Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 6 years in a product marketing role for a B2B SaaS solutions (required) - ideally in accounting, finance, fintech ERP, or payments software
• Demonstrated track record in creating and executing GTM strategies and deliverables such as positioning/messaging, pitch decks, sales playbooks, thought leadership content
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently take a lead in thought leadership and present at webinars, conferences, and industry events
• Deep customer empathy to influence product and marketing efforts
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into concise buyer-facing language
• Critical thinking skills and a curious mindset for business and market analysis
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment; experimentation mindset to keep learning and iterating
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive product & feature launches
Key Responsibilities
• Category strategy & growth: Define the 3-5 year category strategy with Product and translate market opportunities into clear growth and commercial plans.
• Market, customer & data insight: Lead market, competitive, and customer insight to identify opportunities and inform roadmap, positioning, and strategy.
• Proposition, pricing & messaging: Own value proposition, positioning, pricing, and packaging - continuously refining messaging for differentiation and market fit.
• Product Launch & GTM execution: Drive end-to-end launch strategy and execution; ensure readiness across Product, RTR, Sales, and channels.
• Content & enablement: Own messaging and content across web, sales, and enablement. Equip sales and partners to drive adoption.
• Thought leadership & external presence: Act as category SME, translate insights into thought leadership, and support analyst and PR engagement.
