Full Job Description
The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Product Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in the strategy, planning and execution of go-to-market strategy, product launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences across our Card products.

This is an exciting time to join the DailyPay Product Marketing team as we expand our suite of financial products designed to help millions of Daily Workers manage their finances and plan for the future. You will collaborate closely with a fast-moving and ambitious team solving complex and novel problems.

How You Will Make an Impact:

You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically: from the inception of a product idea to the creation of launch plans, you will help drive both the why and the how. You are a self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment. You are a storyteller who uses data to inform your product marketing strategies. You are collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business.
  • User Research & Strategy - Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to deeply understand customer pain points, user behaviors, and market trends. Use these insights to build a foundation for product strategy, refine messaging, and validate value propositions that resonate with our target personas.
  • GTM Strategy & Launch - Support the launch of new features, capabilities, and "big bet" products in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers, and salespeople. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint from the top of the funnel through to sales, success, and support.
  • Commercial Innovation - Drive the commercial strategy for new and existing products by optimizing pricing models and packaging structures.
  • Product Lifecycle and Health - Evaluate product funnel performance to hunt for friction and identify product, marketing, and commercial opportunities to drive adoption and engagement. Create alignment with cross-functional partners to drive action and accountability against these opportunities.
  • Sales and Client Enablement - Partner closely with the Enablement teams to help salespeople sell more effectively and client success managers grow portfolios more effectively. Own feedback loops from these stakeholders to improve the efficacy of our enablement strategies.

What You Bring to The Team:
  • 6+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience
  • Proven success leading the end-to-end launch of a new product, from inception to steady-state
  • Experience in consumer debit and credit cards, including optimizing rewards programs and spending incentives in the competitive card market
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience using data to drive decision making
  • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Fiercely collaborative, driven and ambitious
  • Strategic thinking and laser-sharp execution: you see the big picture but can execute in the weeds
What We Offer:
  • Exceptional health, vision, and dental care
  • Opportunity for equity ownership
  • Life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401K with company match
