This role will define and execute a product strategy that supports an entrepreneurial agency model while delivering consistent, scalable, and intuitive platforms that enhance advisor effectiveness across pre-sales activities and client engagement.
You will- Define and drive the roadmap for CRM and sales enablement platforms aligned to Guardian's integrated ecosystem
- Manage and coach a team of Product Owners, providing mentorship and performance feedback
- Build a high-performing product team through coaching in agile practices and stakeholder engagement
- Engage directly with advisors and agency leaders to understand workflows and needs
- Translate field insights into scalable, user-centric platform capabilities
- Balance flexibility required by entrepreneurial agencies with enterprise consistency
- Lead development of CRM and sales enablement capabilities across advisor workflows
- Ensure integration across Guardian's advisor technology ecosystem
- Drive prioritization of AI-enabled capabilities within platform strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes
- Manage dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic)
- Define and track OKRs tied to advisor productivity and adoption
You have- 10+ years of experience in product management for CRM or sales enablement
- Experience managing and developing Product Owners
- Field-facing experience supporting advisors or sales teams
- Experience supporting entrepreneurial or independent agency environments
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and product strategy integration
- Proven ability to work across business and technology stakeholders
Preferred Experience- Experience with CRM or sales enablement platforms, preferably Salesforce or Seismic
- Financial services, wealth management, or insurance experience
- Experience with integrated advisor technology ecosystems

Salary Range:$152,290.00 - $250,195.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
