Full Job Description
Primary Function

Facilitate, support and/or lead the pre- production, production, and post-production of highly effective videos. Assist with and communicate with senior leadership about video production and post-production, within a corporate environment

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of video production including budgets, pre-production, production, post-production, and final delivery of small to large size projects
  • Coordinates logistics of on-location and studio shoots
  • Establish timelines, assigns resources, tracks capacity, and overseeing quality control
  • Works with video editors to distribute files for media distribution
  • Collaborates with Business Affairs on talent estimates and completion reports
  • Interface with client and client staff
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
  • Work closely with vendors in overall production support for each project
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Video/Film Production or related field is required or 10+ years of practical video/media production experience in lieu of degree
