Responsibilities

  • Source, develop and produce colleague-centric stories across a range of formats that keep our global audience informed and engaged around the company's business priorities and performance, heritage and culture, and thought leadership.
  • Create content that balances enterprise priorities with fresh, engaging storytelling, bringing strategic judgment and a social-first mindset to how we inform, engage, and at times surprise and delight colleagues.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, coordinating across the internal communications ecosystem to ensure a strategic content cadence.
  • Manage the day-to-day content pipeline and publishing for the #CompanyNews Slack channel.
  • Contribute to a data-informed content strategy by developing analytics reports and sharing relevant insights with our stakeholders to improve content performance YoY.
  • Stay curious and adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including AI, thoughtfully testing new tools and approaches to evolve how we ideate, create, personalize, and measure content.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Corporate Affairs & Communications to identify storytelling opportunities, align on priorities, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

  • Excellent writing and editing ability, paired with a deep understanding of digital publishing, emerging social and content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience creating content across multiple formats, including social copy, short-form video, graphics, podcasts, and interactive content.
  • Creative, proactive mindset with a passion for identifying fresh storytelling opportunities and bringing new formats and approaches to life.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, teams and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with publishing platforms/CMS, analytics and content measurement tools, with the ability to turn insights into compelling colleague communications.
  • Comfort with AI and emerging technologies, with curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring how new tools can enhance content creation and editorial workflows.
