Primary Function

Serve as the strategic account lead and primary relationship builder for the Event Production Managed Service based at a leading global technology client's site. This role holds ownership for long-term client satisfaction, driving service progression, and maintaining immaculate data accuracy across all operations. While a strong foundational understanding of event and media production is essential, the core focus is on high-touch account management, cultivating trusted relationships, and aligning service capabilities with client goals. Additionally, you will partner with client stakeholders to identify and scope emerging technology and AI opportunities to modernize workflows and deliver forward-thinking solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the operational client relationship with client stakeholders, acting as the primary contact to foster a long-term, trusted, and highly collaborative partnership.
  • Drive the strategic roadmap and evolution of event production services, working with the client to identify needs, pitch new capabilities, and expand the account footprint.
  • Scope and evaluate emerging technology and AI opportunities to optimize event production workflows, improve operational efficiency, and elevate client reporting.
  • Act as the senior point of escalation for service delivery risks and challenges, ensuring immediate, transparent, and solutions-focused resolution that keeps client leadership proactively informed.
  • Maintain strict oversight of data accuracy, ensuring all operational metrics, SLA/KPI trackers, and performance reports are precise and actionable.
  • Deliver Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Business Reviews (MBR/QBR/ABR) to senior client stakeholders, using data-driven insights to articulate delivered value and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the service delivery leadership team, empowering them in day-to-day execution while ensuring high quality standards.
  • Champion continuous service improvement and change management to keep the service operation agile and aligned with dynamic client expectations.
  • Monitor financial performance across the managed service contract, tracking budgetary targets, cost-saving initiatives, and contractual compliance.
  • Occasional travel, special projects, and other duties as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an exceptional relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and strong client management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to progress and grow enterprise-level managed service accounts.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical skills and a high standard for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Solid foundational understanding of live, virtual, and hybrid event production processes and AV technologies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI tools, with an eye for identifying practical, high-value applications within production services.
  • Phenomenal communication, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to generate client-facing business reviews and strategic proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and change management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient with G-Suite, CRM platforms, and enterprise business management software.


Education & Experience

  • 8-10+ years of related experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Program Management within event production, media, and technology environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar client relationships (Tech industry experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in scoping or integrating digital tools, automation, or emerging technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • MBA, PMP, or ITIL Certification preferred.
