ResponsibilitiesYou will: • Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/networking environments
• Prepare, review and evaluate the Diags, ONIE, BMC and BIOS design specifications for networking switch products and systems
• Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies on Diags, ONIE, BMC and BIOS for networking switch products and systems

Essential Requirements - 13+ years of software development experience on Diags, ONIE BMC and BIOS fields on Networking Switch products including 100G/400G/800G/1.6T products design
- Good knowledge of programming languages; operating systems; firmware; BIOS; device drivers; databases; system, network, operating system, and application administration; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities, good knowledge of PFR/RoT/eROT and security related SDL, thread modeling, Code signing, etc
- Ability to code/debug and guide others to code/debug flexible, scalable and complex programs, using either written or verbal design specifications, ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations
- Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability, knowledge or relevant deployment experience of the Networking Switch ecosystem
- Fluent in UEFI and EDKII foundation design and delivering generic features on top of it, solid design experiences of Broadcom SDK and PHY drivers
Desirable Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
- Solid understanding of existing industry players in cables and optics field
CompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is 183k - $237k.
