About the role 

You'll join the Fashion & Apparel team as a Presales Solutions Consultant, based remotely in the US. In this role, you lead discovery, solution alignment, and demonstrations of enterprise software built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for mid-market fashion and apparel brands, distributors, and manufacturers, with approximately 30% travel. You'll translate customer challenges into measurable business value throughout the sales cycle. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer operations, goals, and pain points. 

• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations connecting fashion and apparel workflows to outcomes. 

• Translate customer requirements into solution concepts, process maps, proposals, and business cases. 

• Support proofs of concept, RFP responses, and solution architecture discussions. 

• Collaborate with account managers to plan and execute sales engagements and presentations. 

About you 

You have exceptional presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging confidently with executive and technical stakeholders. You combine consultative selling with analytical thinking, problem solving, and storytelling to simplify complex concepts. You build trust, remain composed under pressure, work independently, and collaborate effectively with sales, product, and implementation teams. You tailor demonstrations to customer workflows and articulate business value. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum five years' experience in presales, solutions consulting, or enterprise software. 

•  The equivalent 5 years of senior-level business experience, with proven ability to prepare and present complex business analyses, strategic recommendations, and performance updates to C-suite executives, board members, and other senior stakeholders 

• Understanding of mid-market fashion, apparel, distribution, or manufacturing operations. 

• Working knowledge of ERP, consultative sales cycles, business cases, and RFP responses. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 

To be ahead of the pack, you might have: 

• Experience in the fashion and apparel industry. 

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 

• Background in supply chain planning, manufacturing, or distribution solutions.
