Senior PowerBI Developer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions within an Agile delivery environment.
- Build data models using star schemas, relationships, DAX, and Power Query (M).
- Connect to, transform, and optimize data from SQL Server, Azure Synapse, SharePoint, and other enterprise sources.
- Support Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and deployment processes.
- Contribute to CI/CD for BI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications Required- 5+ years of experience delivering BI and analytics solutions in an Agile environment.
- Experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- SQL experience, including data extraction and transformation, with experience working with enterprise data sources.
- Working knowledge of Power BI Service administration, including workspaces, gateways, row-level security, and BI deployment practices.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools, Azure data services, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code is a plus.
