Senior Partner Account Manager - EMEA (L5-6)
Location: EMEA (London, in office)
Experience: 8-12 years
Travel: 50%+
Reports To: Director, SI Partnerships
Focus: Strategic channel management and geo expansion

The Sigma Partnerships team is hiring a Senior Partner Account Manager in our London office to support Sigma's continued growth across EMEA. This role will strategically own a portfolio of System Integrator (SI) Partners and will report to GTM leadership within the partner team. This role will drive the growth and success of Sigma across EMEA and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure success.

Sigma's SI partner ecosystem is growing rapidly, both globally and in the region, to meet rising demand for professional services around Sigma and the Modern Data Stack. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record managing partners, an established network of partner contacts across the EMEA data space, and comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing
  • Partner Management: Design and execute GTM activities for a portfolio of SI partners across EMEA, growing both partner-sourced ACV and services revenue for our partners.
  • Field Alignment: Work directly with the sales team to coordinate co-selling between partners and Sigma throughout sales cycles, and to recommend partners for services engagements at Sigma customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SI partner executives and employees through regular communication, joint marketing and sales campaigns, and prompt resolution of partner issues and concerns.
  • In-Market Presence: Represent Sigma at industry events across EMEA to strengthen our brand equity. Partner closely with the Field Marketing team to run events and meet with prospects, customers, and partners to share Sigma's vision.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of partner management experience in enterprise SaaS, or equivalent experience leading at a professional services organization
  • Strong sales instincts and genuine curiosity, always digging deeper to find new ways to partner effectively and differentiate Sigma to generate new opportunities
  • A collaborative team player with a track record of supporting, working with, and winning alongside both internal and external teams
  • Deep experience building executive relationships within partner organizations
  • Genuine interest in the Modern Data Stack and cloud ecosystem
  • Flexible and dynamic, with a builder's mentality suited to a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ within the region, with occasional global travel for events and conferences


Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of and experience in the BI/analytics software industry
  • Familiarity with the Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and Google BigQuery partner ecosystems
  • Experience standing up reseller partnerships in addition to co-sell motions
  • Experience using Sigma, Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Gong in partner contexts
  • Sales at or professional services/consulting experience, particularly at a Global System Integrator with an established EMEA presence
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
