As a Senior Operations Lead, Rail & Transit, you will lead the growth and delivery of freight railway infrastructure and facilities across Canada, with a strong base in Alberta. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and deliver complex, high-value infrastructure projects that support the movement of goods and strengthen national supply chains.

Your Impact
  • Lead the successful delivery of freight rail infrastructure and facilities projects valued at $35M+, from concept through design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Drive strategic planning, operational execution, and market growth for rail and transit infrastructure services across Canada.
  • Partner with key account teams supporting major clients such as CPKC and CN to strengthen relationships and expand business opportunities.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200
MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
