The Senior Manager of Ventures Operations will work as part of a resourceful, solutions-oriented team to solve Zocdoc's Ventures business challenges to drive incremental growth. They work closely with their cross functional leadership team, including Chief Strategy Officer, Sales, Product, Product Marketing and Engineering to drive operational excellence in achieving operational success for our newest products. They own the planning, definition, coordination and operationalizing of cross functional initiatives. This role is a key input on strategy and is responsible for translating ideas into operational plans the team can execute against, and helping teams across the organization break down barriers that stand in their way.

Your day to day is...- Sitting on the core cross-functional team of our Ventures organization
- Partnering on and organize the annual and quarterly strategic planning process
- Ideating, sizing, and prioritizing initiatives across Ventures and other growth levers to enable them to accelerate and scale
- Translating strategic priorities into thoughtful deployment plans that incorporate operational realities and enable rapid execution across teams
- Identifying and clearing obstacles that slow velocity and/or put company objectives at risk
- Serving as the conduit between the Operations organization and non-dedicated cross-functional teams (e.g., Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc)
- Synthesizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights into concise, actionable recommendations that can be digested by leaders across the business
- Partnering in driving weekly business reviews, including key metrics and opportunities for improvement, in partnership with other key Ventures leaders
- Challenging the status quo, serving as a voice for growth and new ideas
You'll be successful in this role if you have...- 6+ years of work experience in strategy and/or operations roles such as business/revenue/sales operations, product, program management, project management, or expansion
- A proven track record of collaborating across departments and all levels of leadership
- Resourcefulness, nimbleness, and the ability to stay positive under pressure
- Comfort with taking initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
- The willingness to roll up your sleeves and be resourceful to solve ambiguous challenges
- A well-equipped influencing toolkit that is effective across a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with internal teams

Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.

$144,100-$195,000 USD
