Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing market research and analytical support to interpret key business and market dynamics to optimize the growth of several CSL Behring in-line brands in the US;
• Breadth and depth of experience in a variety of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies
• Partners with brand teams and other commercial functions to proactively translate business question into research objectives, recommend, develop and implement market research plans
• Translates information/ data into insights from primary market research with patients/ HCPs/ payers into actionable insights and recommendations and presents their work in an effective and easy to interprete manner and aids strategic and tactical decision making
• Provides decision support for situation analyses, commercial assessments, product forecasting, brand planning, strategic planning, data modeling, scenario analysis and other planning efforts
• Keeps abreast of new methodologies to ensure research performed is cost effective and provides optimal results
• Manages external vendors and related budget ensuring timely delivery of quality insights to inform decision making
• Experience in rare disease preferred
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business, science or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 7+ years' commercial experience including market research, analytics within biopharma (within consulting or industry)
• Pharmaceutical or biotech experience required
