Agentforce is Salesforce's agentic AI platform - the infrastructure for enterprises to build and run autonomous agents at scale. Agentforce Authoring is the team that owns the full agent creation lifecycle from inception to deployment. We build the visual canvas editor, simulation and debugging tooling, developer experience layer, and an AI coding assistant that generates agents from natural language. Our work includes the development of AgentScript - an open-source language that lets builders blend deterministic control with AI reasoning, so agents are both intelligent and predictable. The result is agents that can be authored, reviewed, and shipped with the same rigor as production software. Every agent built on Salesforce starts with our tools.

What You'll Do

- Lead teams of 6-10 engineers building the next generation of Agentforce's authoring platform

- Partner with Product, Design, and platform engineering to define product strategy and roadmap for the agent creation experience
