POSITION SUMMARYThe Revenue Growth Management, Sr Manager will work closely with the Sr Director of Revenue Growth Management to lead the build out of strategic pricing and trade teams, tools, and processes to advance strategic RGM initiatives in Lassonde US Beverage. The position will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Category Management, and Executive Leadership to drive the implementation of new operating models, technology, and capabilities and enhance maturity of fact-based commercial decision making in pricing architecture, promotional strategy, and trade investment. Transformation leadership is a critical component of the role, serving as the vehicle to build scalable capabilities, implement new ways of working, and embed best-in-class pricing and trade management practices across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities include:Transformation Leadership + Change Management- Ensure execution of the multi-year RGM transformation roadmap; coordinating cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
- Support steering committee processes by developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, and status reporting
- Influence across organization, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving adoption of RGM strategies
Capability Building- Recommend new processes, tools, and ways of working, including developing communication, training, and capability-building programs to support transformation efforts.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement and optimize RGM tools and platforms including supporting TPM/TPO and related commercial technology initiatives.
- Establish KPI frameworks and pricing/trade governance routines that shift the business toward ROI success measures.
- Coach Sales and Finance partners on RGM principles and elevate analytical rigor across commercial conversations.
Pricing Strategy & Execution- Lead the multi-year pricing agenda, including list price management and harmonization along with price-pack architecture across customers and channels.
- Design and stand up a performance-based trade structure that ties investment to measurable customer outcomes.
- Build and maintain pricing scenario models pricing actions and approvals; evaluate pricing strategies and quantify financial impact, margin implications, and expected return prior to execution.
- Monitor pricing realization and surface risks and opportunities across the portfolio.
Trade Investment & Promo Optimization- Lead the evolution of sales planning and trade management, sharpening process, governance, and the team's ability to plan, execute, and evaluate trade.
- Optimize use of trade management tools to drive event-based planning, accruals, and ROI evaluation
- Build promo ROI frameworks, spend guardrails, and post-event reporting that drive sharper trade decisions.
- Facilitate the full trade lifecycle in partnership with cross-functional teams: Strategy (how trade is built and prioritized), Sales (how trade is funded and deployed at the customer), and Accounting (how trade is accrued, cleared, and paid).
- Lead promo event performance reporting and post-event evaluation, surfacing insights that shape future plans
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales Finance, Category Management or related commercial functions within a consumer-packaged goods environment
- Deep hands-on experience in pricing strategy, trade investment management, promotion optimization, revenue management and commercial analytics required
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with large data sets and business performance metrics.
- Familiarity implementing business systems and analytics platforms required.
- Experience in implementing Trade Promotional Management and Optimization system preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONSThis position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.
