Job Description Summary

Leads the execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) through the Sales organization, translating RGM strategy and guardrails into disciplined, high-impact commercial delivery. Owns governance of customer pricing and promo strategy, post-event ROI, and customer level execution of RGM priorities in partnership with Channel leaders and Sales Finance to deliver the RGM AOP.

The Revenue Growth Management Operational Excellence Lead plays a critical role in turning RGM strategy into results. This role exists to ensure RGM plans are executed with rigor, discipline, and transparency across customers and channels-maximizing trade ROI, protecting margin, and enabling confident commercial decision-making.

This leader is the primary RGM execution partner to Sales, ensuring that pricing, promotion, and trade strategies are delivered consistently while embedding strong governance, analytics, and system-enabled ways of working.

What you will do...

Principal Accountabilities

The Revenue Growth Management Operational Excellence Lead owns customer- and channel-level execution of RGM, accountable for delivering the RGM AOP and governing how trade dollars are planned, deployed, measured, and optimized.

Key accountabilities include:
• Deliver and execute the RGM AOP in partnership with Sales Channel leaders and Sales Finance, ensuring alignment to financial targets and commercial guardrails
• Mirror the Sales / Channel organization, providing RGM operational leadership across channels through direct oversight of Channel RGM leads
• Govern the end-to-end trade promotion process, including promotional guardrails, TPM system governance, trade accruals, claims, and compliance
• Lead post-event analysis and ROI measurement, translating results into clear insights and recommendations to improve future performance
• Serve as a key RGM partner to Key Accounts and CSLs, supporting Joint Business Planning (JBP), customer P&Ls, retailer trade margin analysis, and scenario planning
• Support promo calendar planning, negotiation strategy, and give/get discipline, ensuring trade investments align with RGM strategy and value targets
• Monitor incremental funding requests and pricing council discussions, escalating risks and exceptions to established promotional guardrails
• Partner closely with RGM Strategy to ensure Set Plan intent is executed with fidelity at customer and channel levels

Job Complexities
• Operate at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Customer Strategy, and RGM-balancing speed of execution with disciplined governance
• Manage high volume, fast-paced customer decisions while protecting trade integrity and long-term margin health
• Influence senior Sales and Finance stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority
• Navigate system and process complexity across TPM, trade accruals, and reporting platforms

What you bring to the table... (Must Have)
• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of CPG commercial experience across Sales, RGM, Trade Promotion Management, Finance, Customer Strategy, or Category roles
• Deep understanding of trade promotion mechanics, customer P&Ls, and commercial execution
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial plans through Sales organizations
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate performance data into action

• Hands-on experience with TPM / TPO systems and trade governance models
• Experience partnering directly with Key Accounts or leading channel-specific strategies
• Proven ability to improve trade ROI and execution discipline at scale
• Strong influencing skills and executive-level communication presence
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$151,800-$208,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
