Job DescriptionSenior Manager Program Management - DIG - RemoteThe Sr. Manager is accountable for the development and execution of Providence St. Joseph Health's marketing campaigns within agreed budget and timelines. This role will primarily be responsible for working with regional marketing leads and functional teams during the campaign lifecycle from intake to in-market, to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years' experience in leading marketing projects with deep understanding of campaign cycle and roles played by various teams in bringing a campaign to life across all campaign channels: email, SMS, direct mail, and paid media.
- 5 years' experience with workflow management tools (e.g., WorkFront or other similar).
- 4 years hiring, managing and mentoring a successful team of professionals.
Preferred Qualifications:- 2 years' experience in healthcare marketing.
