Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least ten (10) years of experience in utility distribution operations.
- Experience with utility industry-specific software (e.g., SCADA systems).
- Knowledge of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., NERC, FERC).
- Experience with project management including a focus on software implementation projects
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Primavera P6).

- Program Management: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program lifecycles, from strategic planning to execution.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $122,400.00 and $183,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
