The Paid Media team oversees channel strategy and execution for North America across paid social, programmatic media, video (including CTV and OTT), and direct buys. The team responds to campaign briefs and develops initiatives that drive incremental revenue for lululemon.

This role is essential in shaping a strong strategic foundation to build the infrastructure needed to test, scale, innovate and optimize.

The Senior Manager, Paid Media sets strategic direction for digital media investment, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and Growth objectives. They oversee the development of media strategies, guiding a team of Leads and Specialists to deliver programs that maximize business impact. They partner closely with senior cross functional stakeholders and external partners to drive innovation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable performance against key metrics.

  • Leverage advanced marketing analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize investment, and drive measurable efficiency.
  • Plan budgets and Forecasting across media, achieving targets through key initiatives
  • Lead sophisticated testing frameworks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional partners to build cohesive, insight driven performance and brand media initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and scale emerging media channels, establishing frameworks for long-term growth and adoption.
  • Understand guest needs, identify market opportunities and lead pilot projects
  • Champion automation and technology solutions to unlock operational efficiency and improve performance outcomes.
  • Interpret and apply Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) insights to inform strategic planning and budgeting.

  • 7-10 years of experience in Paid Media, with a Strong focus on Paid Social and Full funnel Digital Media Strategy
  • Proven Experience managing Campaigns across Platforms including Meta, TikTok, Display and Online Video (OLV)
  • Experience with DV360 for campaign optimization and execution
  • Demonstrated Success leading media strategy from planning and budgeting through execution and performance analysis
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and privacy safe measurement approaches
  • Ability to manage large budgets and optimize allocation across channels to maximize business outcomes
  • Experience designing and executing test and learn agendas including match market testing, A/B testing and Geo-Based experiments
  • Proven Ability to Scale Paid Media Programs efficiently while maintaining or improving performance metrics
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Aware of the latest trends and best practices in retail and technology.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $145,000 - $190,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
