SALARY:

New York: $129,600-$153,900, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

St. Louis: $106,400 - $126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The International Supply Chain Manager is responsible for coordinating new product launches, co-manufacturing operations, production planning, procurement activities, inventory management, supplier relationships, and cross-functional commercialization efforts across international markets. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Innovation, Procurement, Manufacturing Partners, Logistics Providers, and Commercial Teams to ensure product availability, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and successful execution of international growth initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

International Product Commercialization
  • Develop and manage copacker briefs and production requirements.
  • Maintain product information sheets and commercialization documentation

Project Management
  • Manage international launch timelines and cross-functional project plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Innovation, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Track milestone completion and mitigate risks impacting launch readiness.
  • Lead business case development and commercialization planning activities.

Supply Chain Planning & Procurement
  • Interpret demand forecasts and generate supply plans.
  • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Execute material resource planning and inventory replenishment activities.
  • Manage procurement orders for packaging materials, ingredients, alcohol, sweeteners, flavors, colors, acids, and other production inputs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Review ingredient shelf-life reports and inventory status to ensure material availability.
  • Support COGS management and supply chain cost optimization efforts.

Co-Manufacturing & Production Management
  • Manage production orders and production purchase orders with contract manufacturers.
  • Coordinate production schedules and maintain production manuals.
  • Oversee co-manufacturing communications and execution.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance against production plans and service requirements.
  • Support new product setup and commercialization readiness with copackers.
  • Assist with onboarding new co-manufacturers including contract review and negotiation.

Inventory & Materials Management
  • Review inventory reports from co-manufacturers and warehouses.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and physical inventory reviews when necessary.
  • Manage finished goods and raw material inventory reports for month end processes.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between production sites and warehouses.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory reporting processes.
  • Assist in logistics & 3PL supplier on-boarding when necessary.

Supplier & Financial Management
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships.
  • Review supplier invoices and validate costs against contracts and purchase orders.
  • Support co-manufacturing invoice reviews and procurement-related spending analysis.
  • Monitor packaging, ingredient, and production costs.
  • Assist with landed cost and pricing analyses for new product or market launches.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate inventory, production, and procurement reports.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, depletion data, and inventory trends.
  • Support sales projections and commercialization analytics.
  • Develop recommendations to improve supply reliability, inventory efficiency, and cost performance.

  • Technical Experience: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field highly preferred
  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Operational Management or a related field, with a proven track record of successful leadership and management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or sector in which the organization operates is valuable, as it aids in understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Beverage, CPG, alcohol, food manufacturing, or consumer products experience.
  • Experience with demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of packaging development and commercialization processes.
  • Familiarity with ERPs, Power BI and product lifecycle management activities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in operational management, as well as knowledge of industry-specific technologies and best practices. While prior experience with the mentioned systems and platforms is advantageous, training will be provided as needed.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or training in areas such as project management, change management, or Six Sigma may be beneficial, but not required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Remote 80%-90% & Travel 10-20%
