Full Job Description
As the Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will be a driving force behind creating long-term value, and delivering measurable financial impact for the West Region and the organization. You will serve as a strategic thought leader and subject matter expert in RGM, championing the development, implementation, and integration of RGM capabilities across both Commercial and Commercial Finance teams. Your mission will be to unlock Net Sales Value (NSV) and Gross Profit (GP) growth by leveraging data-driven strategies focused on price-to-consumer optimization, promotional efficiency, and mix enhancement.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic, Revenue Growth Management leader with a strong foundation in data-driven advancing analytics. Experience in the U.S. Beverage Alcohol (Bev-Alc) industry is a distinct advantage, bringing valuable market insight and commercial acumen. You thrive in transforming complex, large-scale data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. A deep understanding of P&L management and key financial KPIs is essential, as is the ability to influence senior stakeholders across internal teams and external partners. Your ability to connect RGM based analytics with strategy and storytelling will be critical in shaping decisions and unlocking growth.

RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Serve as the primary RGM partner for the CBU, collaborating with the Commercial Finance Director, Regional VP, Commercial teams, National RGM and Distributor Partners.
  • Identify and execute RGM opportunities to grow Net Revenue & Gross Profit, and lead post program analysis to measure impact.
  • Represent the CBU in monthly and quarterly RGM performance reviews.
  • Deliver best-in-class Revenue Growth Management strategies (analytics, pricing and programming) that are fully embedded in the quarterly and Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process, in close collaboration with the National RGM team.
  • Help build and embed the functional capability and organizational understanding of Pricing and RGM strategy within the CBU, Commercial and Commercial Finance teams
  • Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics and provide actionable insights to Regional Commercial teams, Distributor Partners, and senior leadership.
  • Lead development of innovation revenue strategies as a key member of all innovation cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Commercial Finance team to continuously refine RGM strategies based on feedback and performance.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to negotiate, align and implement price strategies within the CBU.
  • Apply the RGM framework and capabilities to manage and drive profitability by channel enabling commercial teams to effectively allocate resources and support execution of RGM opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement pricing strategies and competitive pricing data to make pricing recommendations to Commercial teams that will maximize net sales and gross profit.
  • Take a leadership role in initiating, managing and executing ad-hoc projects, as well as cross-functional revenue management and value chain training.
  • Support organization with all pricing related needs (Regional and Global, Internal and Distributor Partners).
  • Drive continuous improvement in RGM processes, identifying gaps and recommending solutions.

  • 6+ years of strong financial acumen and analytical expertise, with the technical skills and market understanding to execute RGM strategies effectively.
  • High proficiency in modelling and interpreting complex data sets, transforming insights into actionable business decisions.
