The Senior Manager, HR Solutions Integrator is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of HR by driving integrated roadmaps that align people, process, technology, data, and governance decisions to deliver sustainable business value. This role connects benchmarking, performance measurement, strategic planning, digital enablement, and execution to turn strategy into results.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to the following:
  • Translate performance insights, benchmarking findings, workforce trends, and strategic priorities into integrated solutions that improve business and functional outcomes.
  • Identify patterns and connections across multiple improvement opportunities and ensure solutions are designed holistically rather than in isolation.
  • Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps that align people, process, technology, data, governance, and organizational decisions to advance strategic objectives.
  • Partner with functional leaders, digital teams, project teams, and key stakeholders to accelerate value realization across complex initiatives.
  • Connect strategic planning, performance measurement, digital enablement, benchmarking, and execution into a coordinated improvement portfolio that advances sustainable business value.
  • Facilitate alignment across multiple functions, teams, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives collectively support enterprise priorities.
  • Apply systems thinking to uncover root causes, interdependencies, risks, and opportunities across organizational challenges.
  • Challenge conventional approaches by incorporating external leading practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Organizational Effectiveness, Operations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business, human resources, strategy, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex large-scale transformation, business improvement, operating model, strategy, or performance initiatives that required alignment across multiple functions, stakeholders, and leadership levels.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and implementation roadmaps. Proven ability to diagnose business performance gaps, identify root causes, and develop integrated solutions that address people, process, technology, data, and governance considerations.
  • Experience developing executive-level business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps that resulted in measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting recommendations and influencing decisions with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity, challenge conventional thinking, and lead through ambiguity.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, business strategy, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, or large-scale business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging benchmarking data, performance metrics, analytics, and leading practices to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience partnering with digital, technology, analytics, AI, or business transformation teams and identifying organizational performance trends.
  • Exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives involving operating models, workforce transformation, service delivery, or process modernization.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
