Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager to lead and enhance global mobility, relocation, and immigration programs supporting a growing international workforce. This strategic role will oversee program development, compliance, vendor partnerships, policy governance, and employee mobility initiatives across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong global mobility expertise, project leadership capabilities, and the ability to partner with senior business leaders to create scalable solutions that support workforce planning, international expansion, employee experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities - Lead global mobility, relocation, and immigration programs that support business objectives and talent strategies.
- Develop and maintain mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards across domestic and international programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on mobility strategy, cross-border workforce planning, international assignments, and relocation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, work authorization requirements, and mobility-related risk management practices.
- Manage relationships with immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax partners, and other external vendors to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and implement scalable program enhancements through automation and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee mobility budgets, forecasting, vendor expenditures, and program cost controls.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to address mobility needs and support organizational growth initiatives.
- Support international expansion efforts by developing talent deployment strategies and mobility solutions for new and existing markets.
- Manage complex and high-visibility mobility cases, including executive relocations, international assignments, and sensitive employee situations.
- Provide guidance on relocation and assignment-related compensation recommendations, ensuring alignment with company practices and market competitiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, relocation, HR operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international mobility programs, immigration processes, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Experience managing external vendors and professional service providers.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting international workforce strategies and organizational growth initiatives preferred.

Compensation & Benefits - Target Base Salary: $130,000 -$140,000 (Depending on Experience)

Work Arrangement - Location: Plano, TX or Camas, Washington
- Hybrid after 90 days, 2 days remote, 50 hour work week
