Job Description:Position Overview:The Governance, Risk, and Control Senior Manager will serve as the lead for the Regulatory Supervision and Response team within TD's Global Technology Solutions organization. This role Is a trusted advisor who coordinates and helps prepare content associated with regulatory inquiries and meetings and is accountable for ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement to provide accurate and valid information.
Job Details - What You'll Do- Lead highly skilled 1B Risk practitioners to support the management of business and technology / cyber risk in compliance with Regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight and governance over On-Going Supervisory and Inquiry activities to meet Regulatory commitments.
- Scope and gather evidence for responses to requests for information, meetings, clarification, observations and oversight (escalation and report support).
- Engage key stakeholders and subject matter experts to collect artifacts and evidence needed to respond to request items.
- Review artifacts and evidence completeness and accuracy for executive approval prior to submission to the regulators
- Facilitate the preparation of Semi-Annual, Quarterly and Bi-monthly Meetings with various Regulators as well as Annual Visits including the reviewing agendas, seeking required clarifications, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions
- Provide business, technology and cyber security risk leadership and support pertinent to the Regulatory landscape to technology and business partners
- Ensure the team provides technical expertise and consultation to partners on a broad range of Technology Controls / Information Security programs / policies / standards and incidents for own specialized discipline / practice area

Job Requirements - What You Need to Succeed- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate required
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Responsible for management of the overall team(s) providing both leadership and guidance
- Experience with regulatory supervision and response activities.
- Technology and security risk management experience
- Previous people management experience
- Expertise and knowledge of Bank, technology standards and leading varied teams of professionals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong relationship management skills, conflict resolution, ability to prioritize competing priorities and in-depth program management
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and matrix banking environment
