Full Job Description
Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Advisor to lead our Treasury Operations activity and play a key role in managing our global banking infrastructure. This is an excellent entry point into corporate treasury, offering broad exposure across regions and functions with a clear path to developing the skills required of a senior Treasury professional. The position has visibility to all aspects of Treasury.

Responsibilities

You will own day-to-day bank account management across the US, Canada, EMEA, APJ, and LATAM regions, serving as the operational backbone of the Treasury team. Responsibilities include:

 

• Managing the full lifecycle of bank accounts — opening, closing, name changes, and signatory updates

• Maintaining board resolutions and AML documentation in accordance with compliance requirements

• Administering bank portals, including system access, user entitlements, and ongoing maintenance

• Supporting internal controls related to bank account governance

• Assisting with the implementation of a new Treasury Management System

• Partnering with the Liquidity Management Director on cash forecasting initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Advanced Excel skills — you are comfortable building and working in complex spreadsheets

• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus but not required
