The Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Operations – Execution Lead supports the Senior Director, Buying Strategy in driving disciplined, end-to-end execution of the regional commercial Go-to-Market (GTM) operating model across Retail. This is a hands-on execution leadership role, translating GTM strategy, calendars, and decision frameworks into coordinated, on-time delivery across Retail functions. This role runs the day-to-day GTM operating engine—including calendar execution, milestone readiness, third-party vendor operations, Purchase Order (P.O.) management, tools, data integrity, and performance tracking—and serves as the primary execution-level coordination lead across internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure Retail GTM milestones and operational readiness are achieved. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Stores, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, IT, and third-party vendors, the role identifies risks, prepares insights and recommendations, resolves operational issues, and escalates when necessary to support timely decision-making.

Overall, the role focuses on execution rigor and continuous improvement, supporting predictable, on-time Retail outcomes through strong coordination, process discipline, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

1. GTM Calendar, Milestone Execution & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain & operationalize the regional commercial GTM calendar and milestone cadence across Retail, aligned to:
  • Global Brand calendars
  • Regional channel calendars
  • Established seasonal guardrails and GTM standards
  • Prepare & manage GTM milestone agendas, inputs, outputs, and readiness requirements across channels
  • Track milestone adherence, execution readiness, and completion status across seasons
  • Monitor GTM KPIs and performance indicators, including:
  • Regional inputs to global milestones
  • Cross-channel execution readiness
  • Late-stage changes, execution risk, and slippage
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and exceptions, escalating through GTM governance to the Regional Leader GTM Operations

2. GTM Tools, Data Readiness & Execution Enablement

  • Maintain, enhance, & support adoption of regional GTM tools and templates across assortment planning, buy-building, in-season reporting, and execution readiness
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, & timeliness to support GTM milestones and decision forums
  • Support end-to-end execution readiness in partnership with cross-functional teams, including:
  • Sample and asset readiness (e.g., VM floor sets, selling assets)
  • Marketing, E-Commerce, and PDP execution enablement
  • Structured field feedback and post-season inputs
  • Partner with IT & Business Enablement teams to support ongoing GTM tooling improvements and issue resolution

3. GTM Operating Rhythm & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the execution of the regional GTM operating rhythm, cadence, & forums established by GTM leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve GTM processes, tools, and ways of working to drive:
  • Greater clarity of ownership and handoffs
  • Improved efficiency and scalability
  • Reduced execution risk
  • Support alignment of Retail  processes with regional GTM standards
  • Ensure insights from Consumer Insights & Customer Profiling teams are incorporated into GTM execution inputs (without owning insight generation)
  • Capture post-season learnings & support continuous improvement initiatives across seasons

4. Third Party Vendor Operations & P.O. Data Validation

  • Ensure vendor follow-ups, data ops coordination, PO management, and reporting tasks
  • Oversee third party vendor seasonal P.O. buy file creation, vendor validation, style requests, templates, and error resolution

5. Risk Identification, Escalation & Leadership Support

  • Proactively identify execution risks, readiness gaps, & milestone conflicts across channels
  • Prepare impact assessments, scenarios, & recommended options for review by GTM leadership
  • Support escalation of material risks impacting revenue, customer delivery, or brand commitments through established governance
  • Prepare executive-ready dashboards, updates, and presentations with clear insights and recommendations
  • Support time-critical, cross-functional GTM initiatives sponsored by senior leadership, particularly where scope or dependencies are complex

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, Operations, or GTM-related roles within apparel or consumer brands
  • Demonstrated experience supporting regional commercial calendars, GTM operations, or large cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working across multiple channels (Retail, Wholesale, Digital/International) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess execution risk and synthesize complex information
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen supporting GTM execution decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready materials
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Continuous improvement mindset and desire to evolve processes, tools, and ways of working

Pay Range:$125,100---$169,300

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
