The Role
The Senior Brand Manager serves as the strategic execution lead for assigned HIC brands within the Inclusive Collection portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Global Brand Management, this role translates global brand strategy into actionable frameworks, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives that elevate guest satisfaction and drive brand profitability. This role supports all Inclusive Collection brands, subject to change according to portfolio strategy.
Strategic Translation & Roadmap Development
• Translate brand strategy for assigned HIC brands into actionable multi-year brand roadmaps tied to guest satisfaction and financial performance
• Develop annual brand priorities, KPIs, and performance frameworks aligned to enterprise objectives
• Direct brand refinement initiatives to evolve and differentiate brand positioning, identity, and guest touchpoints
• Identify opportunities to modernize brand expression to ensure cultural relevance and generational appeal
Brand Experience Strategy
• Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Design, Development, and Commercial teams to improve guest satisfaction scores, loyalty metrics, and profitability
• Synthesize guest feedback, brand health tracking, financial performance data, and operational insights to inform strategic adjustments
• Translate insights into structured action plans that strengthen brand consistency and revenue performance
• Support pilots and proof-of-concepts, evaluating results and scaling successful initiatives
Operational Support
• Participate in development and evolution of brand standards and toolkits in partnership with Operations to ensure clarity, usability, and measurable impact
• Help develop activation playbooks and scalable rollout strategies to drive on-property execution
• Ensure brand materials reflect both global consistency and market adaptability
• Support openings, conversions, and renovations with clear, actionable brand guidance
• Coach and develop junior brand team members, fostering analytical rigor and strategic thinking
Governance & Brand Health
• Monitor brand health and performance indicators including guest satisfaction, operational compliance, financial performance, and equity metrics
• Leverage data and analytics to diagnose performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions
• Identify execution risks and recommend mitigation strategies grounded in quantitative and qualitative insights
• Continuously assess opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation and long-term equity
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-12+ years of hospitality brand management and/or operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into structured, performance-driven execution plans
• Strong analytical fluency; experience interpreting guest, operational, and financial data to drive decision-making
• Experience modernizing or repositioning established global brands to remain culturally relevant
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership in a matrixed global organization
• Experience coaching and developing junior colleagues
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) required
Experience Preferred:
• Experience supporting global hotel openings preferred.
