Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of collections and recoveries strategies across the lifecycle using advanced analytics (e.g., SAS, KnowledgeENTERPRISE) and decision engines (FICO TRIAD, FICO Decision Management, CGI Strata). Drive data-led decisions to improve recoveries, reduce losses, and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize end-to-end collections strategies (early-stage through recoveries) using decision engines, predictive models, and business rules.
  • Own the full strategy lifecycle: design, simulation, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Translate business objectives (risk, profitability, customer outcomes) into effective decision strategies.
  • Lead change management for strategy updates, including impact analysis, testing, and governance.
  • Leverage internal and external data (core banking, collections systems, bureaus, agencies, legal vendors) to enhance decisioning.
  • Partner with Risk, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver and optimize strategies.
  • Deliver clear, executive-level insights and recommendations grounded in data.
  • Ensure strategies align with regulatory requirements and risk governance standards.

Salary:

$86,000.00 - $160,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
