What is the Opportunity?

Drives and Leads Requirements-related activities for the ePM (Enterprise Performance Management) suite of applications, ensuring a robust, stable and scalable technology solution that meets the needs of various Business sponsors and stakeholders.

Leverages AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance requirements analysis and documentation and identify patterns in business needs that drive more effective solutions. Champions the strategic application of AI technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and unlock insights that support data-driven decision-making across the ePM suite.

Ensures Business and Functional requirements are assessed, analyzed, translated and documented with detail and clarity. Works closely with IT Project Manager, Development team and Testing team throughout the lifecycle of IT delivery. Required to act as Key Liaison across multiple initiatives, driving conversations with stakeholders and representing the IT team. Provides hands-on support and guidance to end-users during UAT and warranty periods.

Uses deep knowledge of Finance and Business processes, plus Consulting and Leadership skills to facilitate strategic analysis, investigate the root cause of problems and analyze opportunities for improvement.

Works closely with partners across IT, Finance, Change Management, Operations and Compliance to streamline, build consensus on and deliver requirements.

What do you do?
  • Lead Business Systems analysis across multiple projects and priorities that affect the ePM suite of applications.
  • Analyse and Document Business and Functional requirements for a variety of enhancement requests.
  • Lead and Facilitate collaborative sessions with business stakeholders to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
  • Anticipate, Manage and Prevent scope creep.
  • Work closely with the Development team to ensure there is full understanding and proper execution of requirements in a timely manner.
  • Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and proactively communicate to appropriate parties.
  • Provide hands-on support during various cycles of testing including Functional Testing, Systems Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop effort estimates for analysis and requirements gathering
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to apply AI tools and automation to improve requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, and stakeholder communication workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions for process improvements, data analysis, and predictive insights within ePM initiatives.
  • Proactively anticipate changes that could impact Requirements.
  • Ensure overall deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to enterprise-standard methodologies.
  • Assess the current and future states and perform gap analysis.
  • Identify upstream and downstream dependencies.
  • Build rapport with all team members and stakeholders.


What you need to succeed?

Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT or a related field of study.
  • Strong attention to detail with good knowledge of Financial and Accounting concepts.
  • Strong Data and Business Analysis skills including Business workflow, Functional specifications and documenting systems enhancements requests.
  • At least 7 years' experience serving as a Lead or Business Systems Analyst supporting the delivery of Finance solutions.
  • Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with the ability to break down assignments and follow through with minimal guidance.
  • Experience working on Agile projects


Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Programming Languages.
  • Experience working with AI to drive value.
  • Accounting, Finance or IT designation
