The Opportunity Adobe's Lifecycle Marketing team drives growth through high-impact programs, continuous optimization, and experimentation. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on lifecycle marketing leader to manage a small team and drive pipeline growth across Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud SMB offerings. This role requires deep B2B experience in targeted account marketing and account-based experiences (ABX) -paired with strong analytical rigor and cross-functional influence.
In this role, you will set strategy and operating cadence for email programs, translate business priorities into a clear roadmap, and ensure your team delivers measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with Go-to-Market and Sales to align on target accounts and segments, define success metrics, and deliver coordinated, personalized journeys that accelerate progression from awareness to pipeline.
What you'll Do - Own the email strategy for SMB nurture across Adobe's creative tools and document solutions, aligning programs to quarterly business priorities and pipeline targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lifecycle marketers-setting clear expectations, enabling strong prioritization, and driving high-quality execution
- Build and maintain a roadmap and prioritization framework that balances business impact, scalability, and customer experience
- Scale impact through automation and technology improvements; apply performance insights and predictive/ML models to optimize audiences, content, and timing, and to identify new opportunities
- Establish success indicators and reporting with Analytics, including engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact; communicate results and recommendations to senior partners
Experience - 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS performance and/or lifecycle marketing, ideally supporting multiple segments, funnels, or product lines
- Experience leading account-based marketing programs, including segmentation, audience strategy, and buying-group engagement
- Marketing automation and email platform expertise, with a track record of using technical capabilities (audience, personalization, testing, and journey orchestration) to improve customer experience and outcomes
- Strong analytics-based decision making; able to translate data into a point of view, influence prioritization, and drive measurable improvement through experimentation
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience aligning cross-functional partners and driving execution through ambiguity
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA a plus
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $116,900 -- $250,875 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $173,300 - $250,875
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
