Job DescriptionSenior Kubernetes Platform Engineer / Technical LeadOverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Kubernetes Platform Engineer / Technical Lead to design, build, scale, and operate large-scale cloud-native infrastructure platforms. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Cluster API, Terraform, Golang, and production-scale distributed systems, along with strong technical leadership capabilities.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Architect, build, and operate scalable Kubernetes platforms.
- Lead Cluster API architecture, implementation, and automation.
- Design reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure frameworks.
- Develop production-grade Golang services, operators, and controllers.
- Drive system design and platform architecture decisions.
- Mentor engineers and lead strategic initiatives.
Leadership ExpectationsLead through technical excellence, drive execution, mentor engineers, own strategic initiatives, and raise engineering standards across the organization.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 8+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or cloud infrastructure.
- 5+ years operating Kubernetes in large-scale production environments.
- Deep expertise in Cluster API (CAPI), Terraform, and Golang.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
