Responsibilities

  • Lead 5-6 concurrent Dealpath SaaS implementations for clients
  • Enhance existing implementation processes for efficiency and satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities within post-implementation accounts
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams for customer feedback and escalations
  • Provide technical and non-technical support to colleagues

Full Job Description
You're excited about this opportunity because you'll:
  • Efficiently lead 5-6 concurrent Dealpath SaaS implementations for commercial real estate investors, ensuring customers are set up with product and industry best practices
  • Improve existing implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Actively identify expansion and growth opportunities within accounts post-implementation
  • Work cross-functionally with Dealpath's product and sales teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5-8 years of proven ability to manage end-to-end software implementations, including discovery, complex configurations, and data imports.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
For Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, Salesforce, and other Software-as-a-Service
