The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to build and lead a global business management function within Workplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO)-Adobe's organization responsible for shaping where, how, and how well our people work around the world.
In this role, you'll serve as the connective tissue across a globally distributed organization-driving alignment on priorities, governance, operating rhythms, reporting, and cross-functional team engagement so that WSSO's leaders can focus on strategic outcomes rather than operational friction. You'll centralize and mature core enabling capabilities, including business operations, strategic program and process management, organizational communications, reporting and business insights, financial coordination, vendor management, and AI enablement.

What you'll doOrganizational Effectiveness & Business Operations- Serve as a strategic connector across the WSSO organization, driving collaboration, alignment, and effective handoffs between teams and XFN partners with interconnected responsibilities.
- Establish and manage operating rhythms, governance processes, and decision-making frameworks that improve clarity of ownership and execution effectiveness.
- Coordinate planning activities, including objectives and key results, annual planning cycles, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Program & Process Management- Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives and PMO activities, providing structure and oversight for high-priority organizational programs.
- Track execution against key objectives and support prioritization and resource alignment across competing initiatives.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that improve organizational alignment and transparency, partnering with workplace leaders to create consistent messaging and engagement approaches.
Financial & Vendor Management- Partner with Finance, budget owners, and leadership to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and budget governance.
- Coordinate organization-wide financial reporting and insights, and support vendor management processes, governance, and performance oversight.
Data, Reporting & Business Insights- Help further develop WSSO's reporting frameworks, dashboards, and business metrics that provide actionable insights and improve organizational visibility.
- Translate operational data into recommendations that support executive decision-making.
AI Enablement & Continuous Improvement- Champion innovation and operational modernization throughout the organization, and help scale procedures that continuously improve organizational effectiveness.
Team Culture & Knowledge Management- Support employee engagement, recognition, and team effectiveness initiatives.
- Improve knowledge management practices, including collaboration platforms, documentation, and shared resources, and promote consistency in processes, standards, and ways of working globally.
What you need to succeed- Significant experience in business operations, PMO, strategy execution, organizational effectiveness, or management consulting, ideally with a strong background in global corporate real estate and workplace.
- A highly strategic operator with strong business insight and demonstrated success building and leading business management or operational functions that drive consistency, transparency, and rigor across a complex organization.
- Comfortable influencing senior leaders and operating across global teams with competing priorities and diverse partners.
- Strong skills in executive communications, financial coordination, and change management.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and reporting structures that scale.
- Passionate about using technology and AI to improve business outcomes and modernize methods of operation.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,400 -- $248,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $171,600 - $248,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
