Responsibilities- Design and build mobile solutions to support users' mission-critical requirements.
- Work on all layers of the mobile application (backend, data, GUI, middle).
- Work with a talented cross-functional team of engineers, testers, and domain experts to design, build, and test new mobile solutions for government customers.
- Support end users by creating innovative solutions for distributing mobile apps and data to unique device configurations.

Requirements
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
- MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A GOVERNMENT PROCESSED CLEARANCE. Fingerprint processing will occur onsite Day 1.
- Must be able to travel to the GXM office in Arlington, VA as needed and to other areas of Virginia/Maryland for testing with the client (estimated to be quarterly).
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in any modern Object Oriented language like C#, C++, or Java (or comparable experience with cross-platform mobile development tools such as .NET MAUI/Xamarin Forms).
- 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or SQLite, with expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with agile/scrum software development methodology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand architecture concepts for technical solutioning.
Preferred - Extensive .NET/C# development experience.
- 3+ years of proven mobile development experience.
- Published one or more apps to app store(s).
- Deep experience with mobile technology.
- Experience with Microsoft .NET MAUI.
- Experience with frameworks for developing mobile apps across multiple platforms (e.g., .NET MAUI/Xamarin, Flutter, React Native, Ionic, KMP, or Electron).
- Experience with Blazor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with PowerShell and Python scripting.
- Experience with WPF application development.
- Experience with writing C# unit tests (NUnit).
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Development practices and technologies.
- Experience with automated testing procedures and frameworks.
- Experience/familiarity with practices and procedures for handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Active Secret Clearance or above preferred.
