Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of accounting and budgeting principles.
• Knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting is a plus.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience with Great Plains and SAP is a plus.
• Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue and cost allocations for Domestic and International divisions.
• Develop partnerships with the Global Accounting team.
• Calculate Franchise data accurately and efficiently.
• Update data sources to support demand planning.
• Manage financial components of the product database.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for specific business units.
• Support forecasting and budgeting processes through data collection and cleansing.
• Partner with FP&A Directors for financial tracking and ad hoc analysis.
• Assist in business case analysis, pricing decisions, and promotions.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership team meetings.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs using Excel or Power BI.
• Analyze operating expenses by comparing budgeted vs. actual results.
• Identify trends for cost efficiency improvements.
