The Senior Field Marketing Manager - Americas East Region Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and execute the field marketing strategy in the East region of the USA, with the objective to deepen account engagement within Global and Enterprise accounts, put our sellers in front of the right audience, and ultimately help drive sales pipeline.

Here's how you'll be making an impact:

  • As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you're responsible for partnering with the local Sales leadership team to translate business objectives into an efficient and effective integrated marketing plan aligned with GTM (direct & indirect business).
  • You'll act as a strategic partner and collaborate with partners / BDR / Sales and cross -functional marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities to build Qlik brand equity (full portfolio) as well as drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • You'll oversee the extension of global marketing activities into the East region providing opportunities to connect and further engage with prospects and customers.
  • You'll execute a variety of marketing programs and activities including cross sell/upsell campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and events/webinars. You'll leverage our Tech Alliances and Global System Integrators partners to gain new audiences and expand our reach.
  • You'll support our focus partners (re-sellers) to generate revenue by managing MDF budget and set up co-marketing efforts aligned to specific GTMs.
  • You'll measure marketing impact and evaluate event/campaign performance in order to optimize and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing.
  • You will be the voice of marketing for the East sales team, advocating for the needs of the region and providing direction into global marketing functions to influence centralized plans and execution.

  • Deep understanding of how to build, deliver, and optimize marketing plans, with a focus on driving results and business impact.
  • Data-driven marketer who is digital savvy and understands today's marketing landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment - proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or program to success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, with the proven ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important, particularly an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity.
  • A positive, self-starter
  • Ability to travel as needed - up to 25%
  • 10+ yrs of marketing experience, specifically with a background in B2B Field Marketing.
  • Enterprise cloud software, BI or SaaS experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent experience.
  • Partner marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, social platforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft office.
  • Experience working with AI as part of marketing workflows.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is extremely important, particularly an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity.
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or program to success.
  • Have end-to-end, hands-on approach to marketing activities and programs.

Salary and Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,360.00 USD MIN - $175,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including - but not limited to - medical, dental, and vision coverage life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, paid parental / maternity leave, participation in a 401(k) program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
