Schedule: Days | Full-time

Salary: $37.24 - $50.39 per hour

  • Operations Coordination: Oversee daily office functions, including visitor management, telephone communications, and meeting logistics, ensuring seamless workflow throughout the executive suite.
  • Supervisory Leadership: Provide direct oversight to administrative staff, including recruitment, scheduling, payroll coordination, and daily workflow management.
  • Budget & Data Management: Monitor executive department budgets, analyze financial information, and prepare data summaries to assist the executive in informed decision-making.
  • Governance Logistics: Oversee all aspects of board and committee meetings, including scheduling, venue coordination, catering, and the preparation and distribution of comprehensive meeting materials.
