  • Lead operational excellence across diagnostic imaging by developing and implementing high-standard policies, procedures, and services across multiple departments.
  • Elevate the patient experience by continually assessing care quality and seamlessly coordinating services between patients, clinical teams, physicians, and leadership.
  • Build and empower a high-performing team through proactive recruitment, thoughtful scheduling, performance coaching, and fostering a supportive, engaging workplace culture.
  • Champion regulatory and quality compliance to maintain total readiness across federal, state, and accrediting bodies (including The Joint Commission, ACR, and JRCERT).
  • Drive financial health and operational efficiency by overseeing departmental budgets, monitoring key performance metrics, managing vendor relationships, and delivering actionable operational insights.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Florida Radiologic Technology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.


Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
