Full Job Description
Schrödinger seeks a Senior Event Specialist to join us in our mission to transform the discovery of therapeutics and materials.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics of Schrödinger's conference participation, including booth management, shipping logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
  • Manage event storage and inventory, ensuring materials are properly labeled, tracked, and maintained between events
  • Coordinate event-related logistics for staff and speakers, registrations, booth assignments, and lead capture tools
  • Track event deadlines, maintain organized documentation, and communicate timelines and updates to internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with event organizers, contractors, and exhibit vendors to ensure seamless setup and execution
  • Support lead capture, tracking, and post-event reporting to evaluate performance and ROI
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Schrödinger's webinars by supporting scheduling, speaker coordination, dry runs, and live event management
  • Prepare run-of-show documents and ensure timely completion of post-event tasks

What you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • One to two years in field marketing (experience in a scientific software environment is preferred)
  • Capability to travel 15-25% of the time
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
  • Interest in learning event technology platforms (e.g., Bizzabo, Zoom, Salesforce)
