Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within the I&D (Insights & Data) ecosystem. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights by building robust ETL workflows, ensuring data quality, and supporting analytics, BI, and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

ETL Development & Data Engineering
  • Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, or similar
  • Extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud storage)
  • Transform data according to business rules and load into data warehouses/data lakes
  • Develop reusable and scalable data workflows

Data Management & Quality
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Implement data validation and cleansing logic
  • Handle large datasets and optimize performance for batch and streaming processes

Cloud & Modern Data Platforms
  • Work with cloud platforms like Azure (ADF, Synapse), AWS (Glue, Redshift), GCP (Dataflow, BigQuery)
  • Build and maintain data lake architectures
  • Work on ELT using SQL-based transformations

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Teams
  • Understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support reporting and dashboard needs

Performance Optimization & Maintenance
  • Troubleshoot ETL failures and data issues
  • Optimize pipeline performance and scheduling
  • Automate workflows and monitoring processes.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000 - $115,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
