Location: Richmond, VA.Description We are looking for a detail oriented and strategic Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities business acumen and hands-on experience with data tools and visualization platforms
Key Responsibilities - Collect clean and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs using visualization tools eg Power BI Tableau
- Partner with stakeholders business product finance operations to understand requirements and deliver data driven insights
- Perform advanced analytics including regression forecasting and segmentation
- Translate complex data findings into clear concise presentations for nontechnical stakeholders
- Design and implement data models and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Automate data processes and reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines and infrastructure
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $85,000 - $95,000
