How you'll make an impact in this role- Serve as the national subject matter expert directing quality improvement and standardizing bylaws, processes, and communications across non-clinical medical staff offices.
- Act as the primary liaison between clinical users, market leaders, and tech developers/vendors to translate needs, streamline workflow efficiency, and optimize patient care.
- Leverage technology to develop centralized tracking systems and nationalized rosters for both employed and independent physicians across all facilities.
- Identify and resolve operational issues across sites to boost physician system utilization and drive patient satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure standardization, seamless communication, and the sharing of best practices nationwide.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership
- MD Staff Certified strongly preferred.
