How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Program & Clinical Leadership: Directed clinical programs and established evidence-based policies, serving as a primary subject matter expert and resource for all nursing staff to optimize patient care standards.
  • Care Plan Architecture: Developed, documented, and oversaw the precise execution of individualized patient care plans and advanced therapy programs to ensure seamless clinical compliance.
  • Resource Optimization: Spearheaded the procurement and allocation of critical medical resources and specialized equipment to maintain continuous, high-quality treatment operations.
  • Staff Supervision & Compliance: Led and directed multidisciplinary nursing teams while systematically managing essential clinical documentation to meet rigorous regulatory benchmarks.


What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.


Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • Bachelors in Nursing
  • At least 2 years of Spine/Ortho experience preferred
