Position Overview
The Director, OOH is responsible for leading a portfolio of client businesses, overseeing strategic media planning and investment decisions, and developing high-performing teams. This role serves as a senior client advisor and business leader, ensuring the successful execution of Out-of-Home advertising programs while driving client growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, experienced people leader, and trusted client partner with deep expertise in the OOH marketplace and media industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of OOH media strategies, plans, and investment recommendations that align with client business objectives.

Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, agency partners, and media vendors, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

Oversee account performance, ensuring campaign objectives, deliverables, and service standards are consistently achieved.

Drive client retention, organic growth, and new business development opportunities.

Partner with senior leadership on business planning, revenue forecasting, staffing strategies, and organizational initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and develop Associate Directors, Managers, and broader account teams through coaching, performance management, and career development.

Present strategic recommendations, marketplace insights, industry trends, and business updates to clients and senior stakeholders.

Oversee financial performance, including account profitability, budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.

Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness.

Maintain expertise in OOH media, emerging technologies, measurement solutions, consumer trends, and marketplace developments.

Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and business development opportunities.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

8-10+ years of experience in media planning, buying, account management, or related disciplines, preferably within OOH or a media agency environment.

Demonstrated success leading client relationships, media investments, and cross-functional teams.

Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Strong financial, strategic, and business management skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior clients, agency partners, and leadership teams.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
