Job Description:
Title: Manager, Digital Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Tactical Execution:

Work to implement our clients' brand strategy and digital best practices in each tactic (email, display, web, social), throughout the asset creation process including content, design, and development

Collaborate with Strategy, Creative and Account to oversee creation of innovative and strategic digital executions

Digital Expertise:

Ensure all technical specifications are met throughout project lifecycle and that they are communicated to appropriate Propeller teams

Provide consultative decisions regarding digital deliverables (including but not limited to websites, social media, video, animation, CRM, experiential)

Contribute to the creative process by assessing feasibility of proposed solutions and recommending relevant and actionable approaches, offering support throughout planning and execution process

Help drive User Experience deliverables including Site Maps and Wireframes, ensuring they meet target user and client business objectives

Assist with QA/ UAT processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects.

Client + Vendor Relationship Management:

Build and foster relationships with third-party vendors, including applicable packaging and handoffs of content, as well as seeking and understanding technical specifications

Lead and/or participate in client communications inclusive of tactical/vendor status calls, presentation meetings, and digital media planning

Project Process + Oversight:

Assist in submission preparation, reviewing and creating functional callouts for MLR submission, working closely with account and project management team members

Providing oversight and keeping a "pulse" on projects as they are being developed, making sure they adhere to overall strategic needs and digital best practices

Media Plan Management:

Responsible for the full and timely execution of the media plan- ensuring all placements have creative; specs are shared/correct; discrepancies and delays are flagged early; and creative deadlines are met.

Track creative fulfillment throughout the year by placement, audience, flight

Build collaborative relationships with media and 3rd party partner teams to foster agility and the highest levels of executional excellence

Guide execution and strategies of partner digital media plans, ensuring thoughtful execution and fulfillment

Innovation and Trends:

Stay up-to-date and current on new technologies and digital platforms

To be successful in this role, you will need:

2-4 years in an agency setting preferably in a digital engagement role or similar, preferably in an agency setting

Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Experience in a product launch setting preferred

Strong knowledge of website and UX, processes, and its best practices (background launching websites from conception through go-live)

Strategic mindset to understand client's business and marketing objectives

Excellent communication skills between internal and external teams, translating perspectives and organizational challenges related to projects

Preferred familiarity with the following: Working knowledge of Website Content Management Systems (CMS such as Drupal, WordPress); Project management and development software (Smartsheet, Jira); design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe XD); Development process (SCRUM, agile methodology, sprint planning)

Experience using Meta Ads Manager a plus

Experience working with Sales Force Marketing Cloud CRM (or other equivalent CRM products) a plus

Bachelor's degree required.$78,000-$91,500

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
