Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple design change initiatives across a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate the technical readiness and business impact of proposed design changes prior to implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the design and execution lifecycle.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to integrate approved changes into active project portfolios.
- Track program milestones, risks, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and program tracking systems.
- Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and cross-functional planning sessions.
- Support continuous process improvements that enhance design governance, project execution, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure programs remain on schedule while balancing technical requirements and business priorities.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on construction engineering or field engineering experience supporting complex commercial or industrial projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects such as data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or similar complex environments.
- Experience managing technically complex programs across global teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects with significant scope, scale, and cross-functional coordination.
