Product Design Lead (UX)Locations: New York, NY | Pittsburgh, PA | Lake Mary, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
We're looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to drive the design strategy and execution for enterprise platform initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape intuitive, user-centered experiences while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to modernize enterprise applications and improve dashboard usability, consistency, and overall user experience.

What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end UX design efforts, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Define and evolve enterprise design standards, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, interviews, and data-driven insights to improve product experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into intuitive, user-focused solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders while influencing product direction and prioritization.
- Mentor junior designers, provide design reviews, and promote UX best practices across the organization.
- Help improve internal design processes and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience with expertise in designing complex enterprise applications.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance the design process.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Demonstrated experience leading user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A portfolio showcasing recent enterprise, B2B, internal, or consumer-facing design work.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong background in user research and translating insights into impactful design decisions.
- Experience mentoring and developing other designers.
- Advanced degree in a related field.
