Responsibilities:- Develop and implement advanced analytical models to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to interpret and analyze large data sets.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity across various data sources.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and methodologies.
Mandatory Skills:- Strong knowledge of data science principles, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present data insights effectively.
- Solid understanding of database management and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data wrangling and preprocessing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Understanding of business intelligence concepts and tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
