About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, execution-minded data scientist to serve as a growth thought partner across Adobe’s marketing ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional analytics. You will identify high-impact growth opportunities and define how success is measured. You will build scalable learning systems to speed up investment decisions through paid, owned, and earned media. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior partners.
What you'll Do - Own end-to-end analyses to identify, size, and prioritize growth opportunities across paid, owned, earned, and emerging channels.
- Define and operationalize decision-grade metrics (including north star) to guide investment decisions and capture shifts in user behavior across AI, Search, and Social.
- Translate emerging data signals (e.g., AI prompts and answers, social engagement and conversations) into actionable insights for targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.
- Connect performance data with content strategy to scale high-impact narratives and creative formats.
- Partner deeply with Social, SEO, PR, and Performance teams to align on goals, success metrics, and data-informed tradeoffs.
- Synthesize insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations that influence roadmaps, budgets, and priorities.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $154,900 -- $281,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,000 - $281,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
